Unruly child

If a child is judged unruly, the juvenile court may impose a number of discretionary dispositions. The court may impose any community control sanction permitted for delinquent children, the court may suspend or revoke the child’s driving privileges or the registration of motor vehicles issued to the child, the court may commit the child to the temporary or permanent custody of the court and there are mandatory sanctions in certain drug and alcohol cases and special provisions for truancy cases
